Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • As a PRN Caregiver/Care Partner at our senior living facility, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and a chance to work in a rewarding environment where kindness and integrity are valued.
  • Qualifications:
  • Possesses applicable certifications as required by the state A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given) Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices •
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Ensure the safety and well-being of residents Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
