$14-$18+ per hour (based on experience) Position Overview The Grounds Guys of Mobile is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want more than just a job. This position is designed for team members who want to build a career in the landscaping industry and have the opportunity to advance into a Crew Leader position. As a Lawn Maintenance Team Member, you will work alongside experienced crew leaders maintaining residential and commercial properties while learning the skills necessary to lead a crew in the future. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow professionally. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Weekly performance bonus opportunities Paid training and advancement opportunities Career path to Crew Leader Company uniforms provided Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays Paid holidays after one year of employment 40 hours of holiday pay annually after one year of employment Positive team environment Opportunity for raises based on performance and leadership development Responsibilities Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties Maintain landscape beds and remove weeds as needed Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely Assist with loading and unloading equipment daily Maintain a clean and organized truck and trailer Follow company safety procedures Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients Complete assigned work efficiently and with attention to detail Assist crew leaders in maintaining quality standards Learn scheduling, quality control, and leadership skills required for future promotion Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation to work Ability to work outdoors in Alabama heat and weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and punctuality Landscaping experience is a plus but not required Advancement Opportunity This position is intended to develop future Crew Leaders.

Schedule Monday-Friday Start Time:
