Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day care and support in a respectful, positive manner Encourage independence and personal growth for individuals served

Minimum Requirements:

At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per month (20 hours every two weeks) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record Smartphone and ability to use apps for scheduling, documentation, and training Stable employment and financial history Ability to pass drug screening, criminal background checks, and child/adult protective services screenings
