Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Infant Caregiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their growth and development through attentive caregiving and educational activities. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a positive early childhood experience for every child in your care. Duties Provide attentive care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing as needed Implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards Observe and document each child's progress, behaviors, and needs to communicate effectively with parents and team members Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and social interactions among infants Follow all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum activities that support early childhood education goals Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in infant care Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications such as special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus Strong classroom management skills with an emphasis on behavior management techniques Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining flexibility and patience Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and ongoing professional development in early childhood education
