We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our Community Services team as a Supportive Living Professional . In this role, you'll work directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, providing hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance in daily living skills, community participation, recreation, personal care, communication, and independent living.
What You'll Do:
✔ Support individuals in reaching personal goals ✔ Encourage independence and self-confidence ✔ Assist with daily living and personal care needs ✔ Help individuals engage in community activities ✔ Maintain documentation and service records ✔ Build meaningful relationships that truly matter
What We're Looking For:
