CNA or PCA Overview Superior Senior Care in Conway is seeking a compassionate and reliable In‑Home Caregiver to provide Live-In support for a male client living in Greenbriar. This role requires round‑the‑clock attention to ensure the client's comfort, safety, and well‑being. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to delivering high‑quality in‑home care. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support during overnight hours Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Monitor client's safety and well‑being throughout the night Offer medication reminders as appropriate Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the client's care Document nightly observations and report any changes in condition Respond promptly to client needs or emergencies during the shift Qualifications Current CNA or PCA certification (required) Previous caregiving experience preferred Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation to and from the client's home in Mount Ida Must pass background check and any required screenings What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certification Supportive team and ongoing communication with care coordinator Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client's daily life Apply Today!
