Job Description

We are seeking reliable and flexible caregivers for on-call positions throughout Arizona. On-call caregivers are responsible for covering urgent, emergency, and last-minute shifts for clients in need of immediate care. What Being an
On-Call Caregiver Means:
Being available for emergency or short-notice assignments Filling in when regular caregivers are unavailable Covering daytime, overnight, weekend, or live-in shifts when needed Maintaining open communication and quick response times
Duties Include:
Personal care assistance Companionship Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Mobility support Coverage for possible live-in cases
Qualifications:
✔ Previous caregiving experience preferred ✔ Flexible and open schedule ✔ Able to work on short notice ✔ Reliable, professional, and compassionate ✔ Must answer calls/texts promptly ✔ Willing to travel to different client locations in Arizona ✔ Open to live-in assignments when needed
Preferred Candidates:
Caregivers with open availability Someone dependable during emergencies Able to handle sudden schedule changes Team player with strong communication skills Starting pay is a minimum of $18/hour, but rates may vary depending on the situation, urgency, client condition, and type of shift.
