Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Use first aid skills promptly when necessary and follow proper procedures for emergencies or injuries Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers with patience and sensitivity Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to support positive growth Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Previous caregiving roles that involved teaching or caregiving in early childhood settings will be considered an asset Join us in creating nurturing environments where children thrive!
