Job Summary We are seeking energetic and compassionate In Home Caregivers to join our team! In this vital role, you will deliver personalized care and support to seniors in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort. Your dedication will make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals you serve, creating lasting bonds through heartfelt caregiving. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist with IADL's such as light housekeeping and transportation Monitor patients' health status by observing and reporting changes promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to each client's dietary needs and preferences Provide medication reminders and follow care plans Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe environment. Offer companionship and engage clients in hobbies or activities to promote mental well-being Requirements Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities a plus but not required. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly preferred but not required to apply Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and dementia or Alzheimer's care Experience working with individuals with memory care needs is a plus Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving Paid training provided Join us in making a meaningful impact!
