Full-time part-time, Seasonal Direct Care Professionals needed

Overview Shalva Haven LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Professionals. In this role, you will provide daily support, supervision, and guidance to youth in a structured residential setting. Our goal is to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where every child can grow, heal, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision and care for youth in the home Support daily routines , including meals, hygiene, school, and activities Implement behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques Maintain a safe and structured environment at all times Transport youth to appointments, school, and community outings Document incidents, behaviors, and daily activities accurately Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Build positive, trusting relationships with youth

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance Experience working with youth or in behavioral health is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders Certified in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications are highly valued Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with children and team members Familiarity with safety protocols
