Job Description:

As a Care Professional at Brightwood Health, you'll play a vital role in providing personal care services to clients in the home setting. Under the direction of our Care Manager and healthcare professionals, you'll contribute to the well-being of our clients through direct and indirect care.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Required training or licensure as per state and federal laws Effective communication skills Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide direct and indirect care with safety measures Maintain effective communication with supervisors Follow written care plans and document services provided Observe and report changes in client condition Adhere to Agency policies and emergency procedures Submit required documentation in a timely manner Adhere to the role as defined in state regulation Why Brightwood?
