Provider Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid identification Can pass a Criminal Background Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/1st Aid infant, child, and adult

• Responsibilities
• Provide caregiving services to individuals in need, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and observe patients' conditions, noting any changes and reporting them to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Utilize first aid skills when necessary and ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for patients, including light cleaning and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
