Daytime, Evening, Overnight & Weekend Shifts Duties and Responsibilities:

Activities of Daily Living Support Meal Preparation as Needed Documenting information Understanding all safety procedures Light Housekeeping Communicate with the family when needed Assisting with incontinence care and hygiene Providing transportation to appointments or errands What You'll Need Reliable transportation (required) Valid Driver's License & Insurance (required) Updated car insurance (required) Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred) TB Test (preferred) High School Diploma or GED CPR certification (preferred)
