Part-time, Full-time Caregiver Eternal Spring of Gilbert Gilbert, AZ Responsibilities:

Provides medication administration services to the residents as determined by community policy and state regulations Maintains proper labeling and storage of medications according to community policy and procedures Obtains and records resident's vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, weight, etc.) as directed Assist other care team members As needed, assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Maintains current and accurate resident charts Orders medications, as needed, per community policy and regulation Communicate with oncoming shift to ensure follow through of duties Build positive family and POA relationships to ensure customer's satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

Arizona Caregiver Certification Current CPR/1st Aid Card Food Handler's Card Passion to serve seniors Ability to relate well to residents and their families Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills Self-starter, creative, organized, and professional High School diploma or GED equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age
