Pay Rate:
$21
  • 22 per hour (must have minimum 1 year of experience)
Open Shifts:
Group Home 1
  • Behavioral Home:
    Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM Group Home 2: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM (subject to change)
Bonuses & Incentives:
Refer a friend and earn a $300 bonus after completing the 90-day period. Must have no corrective action and maintain good attendance during the first 90-day probation period.
About Changing Lives LLC:
Our mission is to provide services in Arizona for families and individuals with special needs by focusing on enhancing their skills and abilities. With an emphasis on Habilitation, we assist individuals in achieving their goals at home, in day programs, or in work environments, providing the tools necessary to become productive and contributing members of the community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers who are willing to: Cook healthy meals Maintain clean and safe group homes Drive to and from appointments Participate in activities with individuals Support members in achieving goals to promote independence Our team works with individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities who receive services through DDD in a group home setting.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Minimum of GED or High School Diploma Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience Additional Requirements / Certifications (required or willing to obtain): Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Article 9
Certification Prevention and Support Certification Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid Positive Behavior Support Benefits:
