• your voice and ideas matter here What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers as needed Observe and report changes in resident condition Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure excellent resident care Cooking and Cleaning responsibilities What We're Looking For Current Certified Caregiver or Med-Tech certification (Arizona) CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Fingerprint Clearance Card A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in assisted living or group homes preferred (but not required) Qualifications Valid certification as a Caregiver with current First Aid certification.

Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care with compassion and professionalism. Knowledge of vital signs measurement, medication administration protocols, and basic nursing procedures. Understands basic documentation compliance. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or transferring residents safely using appropriate equipment. Must be able to pass a background check
