Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow the resident's care plan and assist with daily activities within your role and qualifications. Respond quickly to resident needs, calls, and alarms. Build positive, caring relationships with residents, encouraging their independence. Provide care as outlined in the service plan for each resident. Keep accurate records of care provided. Perform safety checks at the start of each shift and communicate any changes in resident status to the next shift. Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team right away. Complete incident reports accurately and promptly. Follow safety and infection control policies to prevent illness. Help keep the environment clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. Report any safety concerns related to the resident's environment. Treat all residents with respect, regardless of background or health condition. Recognize and address behavioral or emotional needs of residents.

Requirements:

Arizona State Caregiver Certification - required Must possess valid First Aid Certifications and, according to state regulations, may need to possess current CPR, state certifications, and pass an examination and/or skills evaluation ( we can help you get your CPR and Food Handler certification ) AZ level 1 fingerprint clearance card Negative TB test Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English at the level necessary for performing duties.
