We are hiring compassionate Caregivers and Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support seniors and individuals with physical disabilities in their homes throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Whether you prefer Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, or nearby communities, we'll help match you with opportunities close to home. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem caregivers to provide one-on-one care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you are looking for steady full-time hours, flexible part-time work, or additional shifts around your current schedule, we offer a variety of opportunities throughout the Valley. - Supportive office and scheduling team What You'll Be Doing
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Support safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Support mobility assistance and other daily living activities
- Follow individualized care plans and document services appropriately Who We're Looking For
- Active Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification required
- Current CNA, LPN, LVN, or approved caregiver certification may be accepted in place of DCW
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required
- Experience with personal care, transfers, and mobility assistance preferred
- Hoyer lift experience preferred for some cases
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking caregivers strongly encouraged to apply
