The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform various tasks helping children/clients with habilitation goals, planning goals, and providing monitoring the whole time on shift. Mi Casa Su Casa care is designed to assist children in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization, appropriate redirection, and adaptive skills necessary for daily life in the community. Please be advised that if you have worked in another state within the last five years, there may be an extended waiting period for onboarding clearance for an out-of-state background check to be processed.

REQUIREMENTS

• AZDPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• AZ Driver's License or State ID
• Social Security Card/Permanent Resident Card, Birth Certificate U.S. Passport
• CPR & First Aid Certification (dated within 2 years)
• CPI/JIREH/Prevention and Support (dated within 1 year)
• High School Diploma or Educational Transcript
• Physician's Statement (dated within 1 year)
• 1+ years of caregiving experience
