Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Monitor health status and report changes Administer medications per care plan and HIPAA guidelines Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Safely transfer clients using equipment (e.g., Hoyer lift) Maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and emotional support Follow care plans for clients with Alzheimer's/dementia Document care provided and report concerns Assist with transportation as needed Follow all safety protocols (CPR, first aid, infection control) Qualifications Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home environments or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications such as CPR, first aid, HIPAA compliance training are required or highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder or Alzheimer's/dementia care is advantageous Ability to lift heavy objects safely using proper techniques and equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts
