Caregiver Positions Available:
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and household chores Support residents in participating in activities and reaching their personal goals Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the group home environment
Qualifications:
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in caregiving, especially with individuals with disabilities, is preferred Ability to pass a background check Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
