Arrive on Time for all Services Maintain documentation of all services provided on your Timesheet and the ClearCare Caregiver Tool Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to our office staff Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible Log all care visits in the mobile app at the time of service, including time, task completion, and notes Seniors Helping Seniors® Sun City in-home care services brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves, make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort our care receiver's home. Enjoy working with our senior population Be a caring, empathetic, compassionate and reliable individual Understand the importance of our services to our seniors Have positive attitude and be dedicated to our SHS mission High level of emotional intelligence Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by SHS Be proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed Companionship and Homemaker Duties may include: Provide Companionship Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc.
