Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and companionship to elderly clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning. Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred. Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic understanding of medical terminology and health care practices.
