Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Non Medical Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care. This rewarding role involves providing essential support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence, safety, and well-being. You will be an integral part of a caring community committed to delivering high-quality, respectful, and tailored care services. Whether assisting with daily activities or offering emotional support, your work will directly enhance our clients' quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support patients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and ensuring safety. Conduct patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior, reporting findings to healthcare professionals promptly Maintain cleanliness of the client's environment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Follow detailed care plans designed by healthcare teams to meet individual needs effectively Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for clients Experience Prior experience working in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable but not required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, disorder, or dementia enhances your ability to provide specialized care Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensures confidentiality and privacy in all caregiving activities but will train. Strong background in long-term care settings or hospice care demonstrates resilience and adaptability in diverse environments but not required.
