Nanny / Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Nanny / Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support for my 3 children of various ages of 9 year old Boy on the spectrum for (speech delay only) my daughter 7 years old and my son 7 years old on the spectrum for (social and emotional disorder) must know what that is and how to adapt to him and also help guide him with his visual aide board until he gets to know you. Also, Will also like someone comfortable with driving to aba school tues & thursday from 330 to 530pm with all 3 children. I would like to have a safe, nurturing environment while engaging children in educational and fun activities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster their development, ensuring they feel loved, secure, and stimulated throughout their day. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for 3 children ncluding their safety and well-being at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cooking and some light clean up. Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Support children's routines including potty, and educational play Collaborate with parents or guardians to ensure consistency in caregiving routines and share updates on the child's progress Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants and preschoolers Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific needs Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children Experience with caregiving for children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment for the children Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with families and understanding their expectations This role is ideal for passionate caregivers who thrive on nurturing young minds and creating joyful learning experiences.
