Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team in providing essential care to patients in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in home community care, hospice care, memory care, and senior care.Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide comfort and support to patients and their families
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and lifting as needed
- Provide catheter care when required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the patient's home environment
Experience:
- Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or hospice settings
- Proficiency in using medical systems for documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of catheter care procedures
