This role offers an opportunity to foster trusting relationships while delivering high-quality care that promotes dignity and comfort for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing vital signs and behavioral changes, and report findings to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of personal spaces Use specialized equipment to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Support residents with cognitive impairments like dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and engaging in meaningful activities Requirements Prior experience in a 6 bed home health, assisted living, nursing home, or group home environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; and Home Health Aide (HHA) certified, and on guardian for background check. Ongoing training encouraged Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia enhances your ability to provide tailored support Ability to perform light to heavy lifting safely and effectively; familiarity with Hoyer lifts is a plus Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations including seniors and individuals with disabilities We are committed to supporting your growth through ongoing training opportunities and fostering a positive work environment built on respect, compassion, and teamwork.

$150.00 - $160.00 per day
