He sometimes has seizures and will need a compassionate experienced caregiver to comfort and show him support. He lives in Apple valley and services start May 4th and patient has 48 hours a month, flexible schedule (any 3 days of the week) from 3pm to 7pm Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence. Support children's development through educational activities, play, and behavior management strategies aligned with childhood development principles Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and supervising activities closely Document care activities, observations, and any incidents accurately for ongoing assessment and communication Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or caregiving roles Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong skills in behavior management and classroom experience are highly desirable Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including infants, toddlers, children with special needs, and their families Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and compassionate approach Reliable, patient, organized, and able to handle physically demanding tasks as needed Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual feels valued and supported!
