Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care in their homes or community settings. This position requires a commitment to patient well-being and the ability to perform various caregiving tasks. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Monitor and document patient observations, including vital signs and changes in health status. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Maintain a clean and safe living space for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Assist with mobility and transfers Administer first aid as necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Qualifications Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital sign monitoring is beneficial. Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. A clean background check and the ability to pass any required screenings. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.
