Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide direct support and care to Seniors and those in our Memory Care Program. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Plan and engage in meaningful activities to promote socialization and engagement
- Respond to emergencies or medical situations promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Experience:
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, assisted living, and home care is preferred
- Familiarity with dementia care and working with seniors and elderly
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
