Job Description

AS ONE Inc. | Empowering Adults with Disabilities Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? AS ONE Inc., a community-based day program supporting adults with developmental disabilities, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Staff to join our team!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:30
PM Location:
Community-based activities throughout the area
Pay:
$16.90
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Valid California Driver's License ✅ Clean Driving Record ✅ Availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM ✅ Must be flexible and adaptable to various client needs and behaviors ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent ✅ Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently ✅ Must pass: Background check Drug screening Physical exam TB test
Job Duties:
Prioritize the health and safety of individuals in your care Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene and personal care Teach and support social skills, community integration , and life skills Support clients with shopping, money management, and vocational training Implement behavior plans and individualized support objectives Serve as a positive role model in the community Complete daily documentation and participate in planning meetings Attend weekly supervision and monthly trainings Be able to drive to different locations to pick up company vehicle Be able to adapt to different crews and different clients as needed Communicate with Supervisor Be able to remain calm while consumers are in behavior
