Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare settings, particularly in home caregiving or caregiving facilities. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities Delivering high-quality care in a home setting-Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Daily monitor and document clients' health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals, with updates as part of the process report. Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and encouraging environment. Remind resident of taking prescribed medications and assist with medical equipment as required. Maintain a clean, safe living environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams across various settings, including clinics, outpatient facilities, and specialized units, as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices in caregiving. Requirements 2-5 years of experience as an In-Home Caregiver or in a related healthcare field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Physical capability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and transferring clients as necessary. CPR/First Aid certification is highly preferred; current HCA and TB clearance are required. Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring the comfort of clients, especially the elderly. A valid driver's license and car insurance may be required depending on client needs.
