Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour

Service Area:

Alameda County, mainly focused in Alameda, Oakland, Berkeley, San Leandro. Available Shifts-MUST

HAVE OPEN AVAILABILTY M-F

9am-1pm at minimum to be considered Part-time opportunities Morning shifts: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Weekdays and weekends) 4-6 hour daytime shifts available throughout the week and weekend If you are a dependable caregiver looking to add hours to your current schedule while providing meaningful support to others, we would love to hear from you. Benefits for Caregivers Competitive pay ($20-$25 per hour) with weekly pay Flexible scheduling to help balance work and personal commitments Mileage reimbursement when traveling between client visits Paid training and opportunities for continued learning Participation in our Zingage Caregiver Rewards Program Referral bonuses up to $250 Full time caregivers qualify for free medical benefits and 401K plan Minimum Qualifications Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in the State of California At least 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care experience preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid insurance Current TB test or screening Ability to pass a background check Two forms of valid identification Willingness to travel within our service area (Alameda County) and not limited to certain cities Caregiver Duties Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care , including bathing and dressing Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands Offer medication reminders Support mobility and ensure client safety Potential to help clients with Hoyer Lift or Sit and Stand preferred At FirstLight Home Care of Alameda , our caregivers are the foundation of the care we provide. While we aim to help caregivers build their schedules, full-time hours cannot be guaranteed . We work to increase hours over time by matching caregivers with additional clients or offering new shifts as they become available. This process can take time, and we appreciate your patience. Please also be willing to go to multiple cities; we will not be able to accomodate caregivers with limited availablity and distance requirements.
