Position Overview As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support and companionship to residents with daily activities. Your role will make a significant difference in their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility: transferring, walking, and range-of-motion exercises Provide medication reminders and adherence assistance Aid with meal preparation and feeding if needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship Observe residents' physical and emotional conditions and report changes Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans Handle light housekeeping tasks: laundry, dishes, trash removal Uphold residents' rights, privacy, dignity, and independence Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous caregiving experience in eldercare or assisted living is a plus Genuine compassion and respect for older adults Strong communication, patient, and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible hours - including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Why Join Us?
