This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care. with a focus on delivering respectful and personalized support. Candidates should be committed to upholding privacy standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using appropriate techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment for clients. Support clients with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease or dementia by implementing specialized techniques and routines. Engage in patient monitoring during home visits or community outings to ensure safety and well-being at all times. Experience Candidates should possess prior experience working in home & community care settings. Familiarity with caring for individuals with dementia or memory impairments is essential. . A background with hands-on caregiving experience will strengthen candidacy for this position. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
