We're hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers who enjoy building trust with clients and families while providing hands-on support and attentive daily care. This position is a great fit for someone with experience supporting seniors or individuals with memory loss (dementia/Alzheimer's) , developmental disabilities , or autism —and who takes pride in delivering steady, high-quality care. What You'll Do You'll provide individualized care based on a client-specific care plan, including: Hands-on help with daily personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene Mobility and transfer support (safe ambulation, repositioning, wheelchair support; Hoyer lift when required) Meal support: prepping simple nutritious meals, cooking, and feeding assistance as needed Medication support as directed by the care plan (reminders/assistance and documentation; administration only when permitted/assigned) Ongoing observation of the client's condition and safety (noticing changes, preventing falls, escalating concerns promptly) Light housekeeping to keep the client's space clean and safe (tidying, laundry, dishes, basic organization) Meaningful companionship and engagement (conversation, walks, games, routines that support mental well-being) Accurate documentation of tasks completed and updates that support continuity of care Strict confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with HIPAA and company policies Follow safety procedures, including CPR/first aid response when needed Pay & Benefits $20+/hr starting for experienced hire Weekly pay Flexible scheduling: 4

• 6• or 8-hour shifts available What We're Looking For Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, nursing facility, hospice, or group home) Comfort working with seniors and/or clients needing memory care Experience with autism/developmental disabilities is a plus CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain—training may be available) Strong communication and reliability (families depend on consistency) Able to follow instructions and care plans while working independently in a client's home Physically able to assist with transfers and lifting safely when required by the assignment Detail-oriented with solid observation skills and good judgment
