Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Must be registered with the San Bernardino County Public Authority) An IHSS caregiver is only authorized to perform the exact tasks listed on the recipient's "Notice of Action" document.
Authorized duties typically include:
Domestic & Related Services:
General housework, dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, doing laundry, washing dishes, shopping for food, and running errands.
Meal Preparation & Cleanup:
Planning menus, preparing meals, and washing the dishes afterward.
Personal Care Services:
Assisting with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, bowel/bladder care, and mobility.
Protecting Consumer Privacy:
You cannot discuss any information about the consumer (IHSS Recipient) to any individuals or organizations without the written permission of the consumer
Pay:
$18.00 - $18.50 per hour
