Looking for a caregiver with the following experience: We have a client in Concord who has been Diagnosed with Dementia. She is looking for mostly Companionship but also daily help around the house. Beautiful community, Hours Monday - Friday 9am-4pm Must have experience with: Senior care, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Companionship, Meal prepping, Check vital signs, Personal care, Light house keeping, Reporting changes in clients health, etc. All Home care Aide's must have the following: Active
