$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

In-person, in-home, and community-based settings

Role Overview:

The In-Home Caregiver supports individuals receiving services by providing assistance that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth.

This role involves:

Supporting individuals in developing and strengthening skills for greater independence in their daily lives Assisting with independence goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) Providing support in the home and community to foster engagement and meaningful experiences Ensuring accurate documentation of services provided, including progress notes and time sheets Performing duties ethically and in compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Minimum age of 18 years (Required) Driver's License & Reliable Transportation (Required)

License and Certification:

Drivers License (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred)

Physical Demands:

Work occurs in various home and community settings, which may vary in housing style, temperature, and accessibility Ability to assist individuals with daily living activities and provide physical support as needed
