What You'll Do Carry out welfare checks in line with each person's care plan Support with personal care, while encouraging independence Keep our homes clean, safe, and welcoming Provide emotional reassurance and practical support throughout the night Recording updates on our digital system Administer medication (don't worry — we'll train you fully) Working Hours 2 week rolling rota Night shifts: 9/10 PM

  • The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday
  • Your hourly rate will increase to £14.44
  • £15.89 with the Loyalty Attendance Bonus. Each month your pay will increase by 1%. For example, if your starting hourly rate was £13.63, after 6 months this will rise to £14.44.
  • The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences
