as Support Workers at our home in Dorrington. No experience? No problem. What matters most is your values, your attitude, and your genuine desire to make a difference. What will you be doing? This isn't a job where you'll be watching the clock. Every day looks a little different

Day to day, that might mean: Supporting with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- always encouraging independence Planning and going on activities together, whether that's a trip to the beach, a festival, a theme park, or a holiday Providing practical and emotional support, and being a genuine advocate for the people you support Recording care and progress using our state-of-the-art digital platform What are we looking for?
You don't need a CV full of qualifications.
You do need to be:
Caring, patient, and reliable A great communicator who genuinely listens Someone who treats every person with dignity and respect Comfortable working as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative Previous experience in care is welcome but absolutely not essential

What hours will you work? We operate a two-week rolling rota.
Your shifts will include:
Early shifts: 07:00-15:00 Late shifts: 14:00-21:00 or 15:00-22:00 Every other weekend (with a £1 per hour enhancement for hours worked between 22:00 Friday and 07:00 Monday) Some bank holidays Occasional standby sleep-ins (paid at £81.81, plus your Loyalty Attendance Bonus where applicable) One 14 hour shift What are the pay and benefits?
