HFHC Specialist Supported Living has developed a state-of-the-art supported living service, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our forward-thinking team!   • We're looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers who are willing to learn and grow with our team at HFHC Specialist Supported Living in our brand new service.
For this role, you will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping the individuals we support to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability and goals Support the individuals to do daily living tasks, personal care while encouraging independence Support the individuals to plan activities such as going to the beach, theme parks, festivals, holidays, or simply being part of the local community Provide support, informal advocacy and information to the individuals we support Provide emotional and practical support to the individuals Accurately reporting and recording on our digital platform Shift Working Patterns 2 week rolling rota Early shift 07.00/08.00-15.00. Late shift 15.00-21.00/22.00. One 14 hour shift per week. Every other weekend off. Standby sleep ins. About Us HFHC Healthcare provides carers and support workers to people in their own homes as well as supported living. All our staff are recruited to match each client's specific individual needs, location and stage of life. We provide highly responsive, safe and effective care
  • delivered by trained, caring and compassionate staff; maintaining dignity and respect at all times. Support includes personal care and physical support, mental support and companionship for people needing a little extra help

  • The advertised hourly rate is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. HFHC Specialist Supported Living has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday
