Comfort Keepers is expanding its care team to serve seniors in El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Lakeside, and surrounding East County communities. If you live in the area and want caregiving work close to home, this is your opportunity. To be considered, you'll need a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Prior caregiving experience is preferred. A CNA or HHA certification will qualify you for our higher pay tiers. We prioritize matching East County caregivers with East County clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide compassionate, dependable in-home care for seniors in East County Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Offer medication reminders and support daily routines Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide genuine companionship and social engagement Assist with transportation to local appointments and errands Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team

REQUIREMENTS

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work within the East County service area Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States Integrity, reliability, and genuine compassion for seniors

Preferred:

1-3 years of professional caregiving experience CNA, HHA, or home health aide certification (qualifies for higher pay) Bilingual English/Spanish (widely spoken in East County communities) Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's care CPR/First Aid certification Traits we value: Community-minded and familiar with the East County area Dependable

Service Area:
