Job Description
Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in various settings, including home care, assisted living, and memory care facilities. This position requires a nurturing spirit and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being. Assisting medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions. Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or assisted living is preferred Familiarity with memory care practices and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
