Marketing and Sales Manager Home Care

Golden Years is seeking a career minded self-motivated, energetic sales and marketing manager, who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts, for our position in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)

Skills :

Familiar with or have a tolerance for Cold Calling Developing relationships

Qualifying Referral Sources Time Management Networking and Network Marketing Event Coordination Public Speaking Handles Rejection Well Results Oriented Aggressive and Competitive Requirements:

Transportation Full Time/Part Time Submitting Reports Sales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree/Business Development Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies.

• Preparing internal and external documents Managing marketing materials Understanding of home care office operations a plus, but not necessary.
• Strong writing skills
• Strong computer skills Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Self
• starter and independent producer.

Social Media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary. Highly organized / Polished Professional Image/ no ego issues and cannot be frustrated easily Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to completing task Base salary plus monthly residual commission based on billable hours.
