We're looking for compassionate, reliable night owls to provide top-notch care for seniors in North County (Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas). If you're a natural helper who wants to make a real difference while the rest of the world sleeps, we'd love to meet you. What you'll be doing: Keeping our clients safe and comfortable through the night. Assisting with late-night or early-morning personal care (dressing, hygiene). Fall prevention (being that steady hand when they need to get up). Providing gentle companionship and peace of mind for families. Why you'll love working with us:

What we need from you:

A heart for seniors and a great attitude. Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to get registered (we can help!). Current TB test (or able to get one within 7 days). Reliable transportation.
