Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Medication reminders Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space Support clients with mobility aids or assistive devices to ensure safety during movement Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers to report changes in condition or concerns Follow all safety protocols and documentation procedures to ensure consistent quality of care Qualifications Prior experience in home health care or personal caregiving preferred; 1 years experience is required experience with diverse populations is a plus Knowledge of medical-surgical care, geriatrics, and post-acute care practice Experience working with outpatient clinics or sub-acute care settings enhances your ability to adapt to various client needs Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude are essential for building trust and rapport with clients and families Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately while demonstrating flexibility as needs evolve Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that transforms lives through dedicated service.
