Caregiver - Timber Ridge at Eureka

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. We understand that it takes a special and talented person to fill this. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance. To monitor the overall condition and changes of the residents and report any changes. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by fostering independence and enhancing daily living skills. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring all equipment is functional and hygienic. Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Requirements At least 18 years of age Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility tasks. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Readiness to work as part of a team Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus but not mandatory.
