Part-Time or Full-Time / On-Call (Rotating 12-Hour Shifts) We are currently seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers to support a client located in Fairfield, CA . This is a high-acuity, total care case requiring caregivers to work 3 8

• hour rotating shifts to ensure consistent, around-the-clock coverage.

The client will also have 24-hour nursing support on-site , and caregivers will work alongside nursing staff to provide full assistance with all daily care needs. Position Overview This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable providing total care and working in a team-based environment with skilled nursing support. Caregivers must be reliable, attentive, and experienced in hands-on care. Responsibilities Caregivers will be responsible for assisting with full Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and supportive care, including: Full assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Incontinence care Mobility assistance and transfers (including repositioning and use of assistive devices) Feeding and meal assistance Providing constant supervision and safety monitoring Supporting comfort care and hygiene needs Light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, maintaining clean environment) Observing and reporting any changes in condition to supervising nurse/staff Working collaboratively with on-site 24-hour nursing team Requirements Previous caregiving experience

REQUIRED

(total care experience strongly preferred) Experience with ADLs, transfers, and high-level personal care Ability to follow care plans and work alongside medical professionals Professional, compassionate, and dependable Physically able to assist with mobility and repositioning Reliable transportation Schedule & Availability 8-hour rotating shifts (day and/or night) Weekend and overnight availability strongly preferred Flexibility to pick up shifts as part of a rotating care team What This Role Is Best For This position is ideal for caregivers who: Have strong hands-on caregiving experience Are comfortable with total care/high-acuity clients Prefer longer shifts (12 hours) Work well in a team environment with nurses Are looking for consistent case opportunities with flexible scheduling If you are a dedicated caregiver who takes pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care, we encourage you to apply.
