What We Are Looking For:

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience (Agency, Facility, or Hospital settings).

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe transfers.

Reliable Transportation:

Because our seniors rely on time-sensitive care, a personal vehicle, valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance are required .

Availability:

We are looking for team members for Monday-Friday (Day Shift) and those who can assist with Weekends as well.

Ethics & Judgment:

A high level of professionalism, clear communication skills, and sound judgment in care settings.

Bilingual Skills:

Compliance & Licensing Background:

Must pass a comprehensive state-required background check (LiveScan) and drug screening.

Registry:

Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration is preferred; however, guidance will be provided if renewal or initial registration is required.

Health:

Proof of a negative TB test. Schedule & Availability We are looking for committed team members who can accommodate the following:

Primary Needs:

Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Required).

Extended Needs:

Weekend availability is highly valued and preferred to ensure consistent client coverage.

Shifts:

Day, Evening, Night, and Overnight options available.

Location:

In-person care at client homes in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
